Sell on Zesteh

Legal

Terms of service

Effective 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use zesteh.com, a store on zesteh.com, the Zesteh dashboard, or the Zesteh WhatsApp number. Zesteh is operated by Hassan Raza, Karachi, Pakistan. By using Zesteh you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

What Zesteh is

Zesteh gives independent sellers their own online store and helps buyers find them. When you buy something, your order and contract are with the seller, not with Zesteh. The seller is responsible for the product, its description, price, delivery and any refund.

Accounts

For buyers

For sellers

Fees

Zesteh is free during the pilot, with no commission on sales. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell sellers in advance, and nothing will change for you without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Zesteh: no spam, scraping, attempts to break security, fake orders or reviews, or impersonating others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put buyers, sellers or Zesteh at risk.

Being found

We build stores so search engines and AI assistants can read them, but we can't promise any ranking, traffic or sales. Order in collections is based on fit and quality, and sponsored places are always labelled.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Zesteh running, but it's provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, Zesteh is not liable for the sale between a buyer and a seller, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Zesteh and delete your account at any time. Sellers can export their products and customers first. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell signed-in users about important changes before they take effect.
