Delete your data

Effective 20 October 2026

You can ask us to delete your Zesteh account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Zesteh data".
2. Send it from the email on your account, or include the phone number you use with Zesteh, so we can find your account.
3. We confirm the request and give you a reference. Deletion is finished within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, sign-in details and profile.
• For sellers: your store, products, photos and settings. Export your products and customer list first if you want to keep them.
• For buyers: your saved addresses and your link to past orders. The stores you ordered from may keep their own order records where the law requires.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you connected Instagram to import your products, we delete the stored access token and any posts and images we read from it. You can also remove Zesteh from your Instagram or Facebook account under Settings, then Apps and websites. When you do, Meta tells us, and we delete that data automatically.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law (for example, for fraud prevention or accounting) are kept only as long as required, then deleted.
